Maintenance Manual

Your vase from TRENDZCO LTD is designed to bring elegance and artistry into your home for years to come.
To help preserve its beauty and quality, please follow these care and maintenance tips.

1. General Usage Tips

  • Always place your vase on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.

  • Avoid exposing the vase to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent fading or discoloration.

  • Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity to protect the material and finish.

2. Stainless Steel Vases

Cleaning:

  • Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth.

  • For fingerprints or water spots, use a mild dish soap diluted in warm water.

  • Dry immediately with a soft towel to prevent water marks.

Avoid:

  • Abrasive sponges, steel wool, or harsh chemical cleaners that may scratch the surface.

3. Ceramic Vases

Cleaning:

  • Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water.

  • Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

  • For interior cleaning, fill with warm soapy water, let it sit for 10–15 minutes, then rinse.

Avoid:

  • Sudden temperature changes that may cause cracks.

  • Placing in a dishwasher (unless explicitly stated as dishwasher-safe).

4. Sculptural Vases (Decorative Use)

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

  • For stubborn dust, use a lightly damp cloth and wipe gently.

  • If purely decorative, avoid adding water or wet floral foam directly into the vase — instead, use a separate liner or container.

5. Fresh Flower Arrangements

  • Change water every 2–3 days to prevent bacterial growth.

  • Trim flower stems regularly to extend bloom life.

  • Rinse vase with mild soapy water before refilling.

6. Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

  • Wrap in a soft cloth or bubble wrap if storing for an extended period to prevent dust and scratches.

7. Safety Notes

  • Handle with care, especially large or heavy vases.

  • Keep out of reach of small children or pets to avoid accidents.
